Every production at The JC Mainstage is built by actors, musicians, designers, and volunteers who give their time because they love live theater. Whether you are returning to the stage or joining us for the first time, we are glad you are here.
What to Expect
- Rehearsals are scheduled with plenty of notice so you can plan your work, school, and family commitments.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to warm up, check in, and settle in before rehearsal begins.
- Come prepared with your script, a pencil, and any notes from the director or stage manager.
- Treat fellow cast and crew with respect, and keep phones put away during rehearsals and performances.
Questions about your role or schedule are always welcome. Reach out to the company team at any time.
Ways to Get Involved
- Crew positions include stage management, set construction, costumes, lighting, sound, and props.
- Volunteers help with front-of-house, ticketing, and backstage support during performance weekends.
